How it works
Relaxing the frown, not the whole forehead
The corrugator muscles draw the brows together and the procerus pulls them down, folding the skin into vertical lines. Botulinum toxin temporarily reduces their activity so the area stays smoother, which can also make the face look less tense. Careful placement avoids heaviness in the brows or eyelids.
