Quick answer · What is Exosome Therapy?
Exosome Therapy is a regenerative skin booster that uses exosomes, tiny vesicles derived from stem cell culture that carry growth factors and signalling proteins. Delivered into the dermis by microneedling, RF microneedling or injection, they help calm redness, support barrier repair and stimulate collagen. A session takes 40–60 minutes with minor redness for hours to a day. Most patients have 3–5 sessions, 3–4 weeks apart.

How it works
Cell-to-cell messengers that calm and renew
Exosomes are nano-sized vesicles that cells use to communicate. The prepared solution carries signals that encourage skin cells to repair, produce collagen and settle inflammation. Microneedling or RF microneedling opens fine channels so more of the solution reaches the dermis, and it is often used straight after lasers to support recovery.
-
Skin analysis & numbing
Your doctor reviews redness, pores, scarring and barrier health, then applies numbing cream.
-
Microchannels & infusion
Microneedling or RF microneedling creates fine channels, and the exosome solution is applied and allowed to absorb.
-
Soothing & renewal
Redness typically settles within hours. Glow appears in days, with pores and texture improving over about two weeks.
Before & after
Calmer redness, finer pores, smoother texture
Most patients notice calmer, more hydrated skin within days, with refinement of pores and texture building over a course of sessions.

FAQ
Exosome Therapy questions we hear every day
Does Exosome Therapy hurt?
Numbing cream is applied first, so most patients feel light prickling during microneedling. The solution itself is soothing.
How many exosome sessions do I need?
A course of 3 to 5 sessions spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart is commonly recommended. A single session can still add glow and calm the skin before a trip home.
Is there downtime after exosome?
Very little. Minor redness usually fades within a few hours to a day, and makeup can typically be worn the next day.
Is exosome good for acne scars and redness?
It is often used to calm redness and support repair, and works best for scars when combined with treatments such as RF microneedling. Your doctor plans the combination.
Exosome or Rejuran: which should I choose?
Exosome focuses on calming and renewal signals, while Rejuran uses polynucleotides to strengthen and thicken skin. They can be alternated in one programme based on your doctor's advice.
How much does Exosome Therapy cost in Myeongdong?
Pricing for Exosome Therapy depends on the product amount, delivery method and number of sessions. The same price list applies to every nationality and you receive it in writing before treatment. See our skin booster price list.
