Ultherapy Eye is a non-surgical treatment that uses micro-focused ultrasound with real-time imaging around the brow, temples and outer eye area. How it works
Lifting the brow to open the eye area
Ultherapy is FDA-cleared to lift the eyebrow. The doctor sees the tissue layers on screen and places ultrasound energy along the brow and temple, around but not over the eyeball, so the supporting tissue contracts and rebuilds collagen. A slightly higher brow takes weight off the upper lid and softens a tired look.

Does Ultherapy Eye hurt?
You feel short pulses of deep heat, strongest near the bony brow. Numbing cream is applied, and depth and energy are adjusted to your comfort.
Is Ultherapy used directly on the eyelids?
No. Energy is placed along the brow, temple and outer eye area, not over the eyeball. Lifting the brow helps the upper lid look more open; for the lid skin itself, Thermage Eye is often used.
When will I see results?
Some patients notice slight tightening straight away. The main lift builds over two to three months.
How long do results last?
Results typically last 12 to 18 months, depending on age and skin quality. Many patients repeat once a year.
Is there downtime?
Little to none. Mild redness, swelling or tenderness can last a few days, and you can return to normal activities straight away.
