Polynucleotides act as building blocks that support the skin’s own repair processes and activate fibroblasts, which produce collagen and elastin. Rejuran Eye uses a formulation suited to the thin lower eyelid, so it improves texture and resilience instead of adding volume. Deep hollows are better treated with filler.

Numbing cream is applied first, so most patients feel only small pinpricks and brief stinging. Using a cannula can reduce discomfort and bruising.
