How it works
Removing the infected tissue while sparing healthy skin
Warts are a local skin infection, so the aim is to remove the infected tissue completely without damaging the skin around it. A CO2 laser vaporises the wart with fine control over depth, while cryotherapy freezes it so it lifts off as the skin heals. Flat warts may also be treated with topical medication.
